- 1 can Bonta fillets of anchovies 50g
- 1 can green pitted olives
- 1 can marinated anchovies 50g
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil for mixture and more for drizzle
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- salt to taste

Instructions
- On a large plate place one layer of marinated anchovies and one layer of fillets of anchovies, so you have twin sets of fillets placed together.
- Chop the garlic cloves and mix them in a bowl with olive oil and salt. Add chopped pitted green olives and mix again.
- Spread the sauce over the anchovy fillets and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
- Serve with fresh tomato and basil bruschetta or your choice of toasted campagna bread with olive oil or garlic-butter.
